From the Riverina NSW, light crimson in colour. Fresh juicy summer berry aromas with a hint of spice.
Vibrant berry and cherry flavours with a touch of rose petal and spice. A crisp finish with a touch of sweetness.
Shiraz and Cabernet fruit were selected for their expression of cherry and berry fruit flavours. Harvested in the cool of the night to retain the fresh fruit flavours, the fruit is crushed then the must is cold soaked on skins for 24 - 48 hours to extract the soft rose colour and fruit flavour from the fruit prior to pressing then fermenting at 12 - 14°C for two to three weeks.

Deep purple with crimson red hue, this is a dry full-bodied shiraz very suited to Italian foods like pizza and pasta.
A bouquet of ripe blackberries and dark fruits complements mocha oak, with hints of spicy pepper and liquorice.

On the palate there is rich upfront primary fruit with ripe blackberries and hints of plums. Soft mouth coating tannins, hints of mocha, spice and liquorice with a chocolatey finish.

The wine is produced from a wide range of regions such as the cool climate of the Central Ranges to warm climate of Heathcote, the cool Limestone Coast in SA and then also the cooler regions of Port Phillip and King Valley in Victoria. Therefore the seasonal vintage conditions can vary substantially between each region.

Fruit was selected by the winemaker and picked when both flavour and Baume were optimum. Fruit was cold soaked and fermented at 25-32°C for an average seven days.

Can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 4 years in good conditions.

Ein umwerfend schöner Cabernet Sauvignon aus Australien. Fünffach  prämiert und in einer Blindverkostung mit 18 von 20 Punkten bewertet.

Dank seiner Noten von schwarzer Johannisbeere, cremiger Vanille und weich schmelzender Schokolade hat man ihn bereits als australischen 'Pauillac‘ bezeichnet.

Der Wein hat ein dichtes Rubinrot mit schwarzem Kern. Sein opulentes Bouquet erinnert an reife rote und schwarze Frucht, eingehüllt in edler Schokolade. Ganz im Stil eines eleganten Pauillac, breit und solide, mit weiteren Impressionen von Cassis, Eiche und Kakao. Alles in perfekter Balance. Cremig und fruchtig im Geschmack mit Impressionen von Gewürzen und Schokolade. Schön langer Abgang.

Ein schöner Begleiter zu mariniertem Lamm, rotem gegrilltem Fleich, gegrilltem Gemüse und Käse. Bei 16-18°C servieren.

100 % Barossa valley, Cameron Vale Cabernet Sauvignon is deep red with purple hues. The nose has a lovely array of dark fruit aromas, with hints of sweet spice and vanilla in the background. The palate is rich, ripe and fleshy, with flavours of dark currants and cherries matched with allspice and fine, dusty tannins.
The rich and complex characters of this wine are a delicious match to aged beef or roasted kangaroo fillets with sautéed mushroom sauce.

An excellent example of the classic Coonawarra cabernet. Distinct blackcurrant flavours, lovely soft tannins and a long lingering finish. Medium to full bodied. It may be cliché but this is a perfect example of Coonawarra cabernets' big cassis characteristics with hints of that classic Coonawarra earthiness.
