Vibrant berry and cherry flavours with a touch of rose petal and spice. A crisp finish with a touch of sweetness.
Shiraz and Cabernet fruit were selected for their expression of cherry and berry fruit flavours. Harvested in the cool of the night to retain the fresh fruit flavours, the fruit is crushed then the must is cold soaked on skins for 24 - 48 hours to extract the soft rose colour and fruit flavour from the fruit prior to pressing then fermenting at 12 - 14°C for two to three weeks.
