Nicolas Louis de Lacaille, a French astronomer, in 1752 noted something unexpected in the southern skies. He named the constellation that he saw Horologium: a faint yet beautiful cluster of stars, in the shape of a pendulum clock, thousands of light years from earth.

The Marlborough region, on the tip of New Zealand's South Island, benefits from perfect wine- growing conditions, from the weather to the soil. The result is the production of stunning, zesty and aromatic Sauvignon Blancs.
