Weihnachtsbuschhonig 350g Prickly BoxArtikel-Nr.: LF300Der Weihnachtsbusch bzw. Abbildung exemplarisch Despite its name, the Christmas Bush usually flowers early summer and is fairly rare owing to the low numbers of trees and inaccessibility. Amber in color, it tastes of sweet almonds. Unheated and packed raw. Christmas Bush Honey is soft and mellow with overtones of marzipan. It is honey with a mild delicate character and a very smooth finish.

Rata Rata honey is a light-colored, creamy honey sourced from the crimson-red flowers of Rata trees. As the Rata tree tends to flower only once every few years, and needs areas of high rainfall, the somewhat laborious gathering of this nectar makes Rata honey one of New Zealand's rarest delicacies.
